If you bought something from Vaultek and you have an issue where you have to return something or something never got delivered as your order suggests it did... ...be prepared to jump through a series of very large hoops to get your order resolved. They are not trying to help you. Trust me. As we speak, Vaultek is holding my money hostage on items I never received, and I have been going back and forth with them on this for over a week now and still have not seen a refund or the items that were lost being shipped out as a replacement. ...and that is all before you really get to the meat of what you paid all that money for. It isn't cheap. But it's very cheap!!! It's a gimmicky, wonky, weapons cabinet and they aren't really worth the price tag. Shop around. You'll get more bang for your buck by just avoiding them out right. I promise. Update: Here we are a month later. After fighting with them for days on end I finally managed to get them to send me what I paid for. Well surprise, surprise! They sent me the wrong item. It’s comical at this point how bad they dropped the ball here. Vaultek if you’re reading this…Product, Time or Money. Y’all owe me all 3, but I’ll take either of them at this point.
