AWFUL, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
After just having read the 2 previous reviews below, I too am going to write something along the same lines...
My mum and I went to the ideal home show, and tested out the eye and neck cream product, which was fine on her skin. However, when she then was pressured into spending £300 on products (including the eye and neck cream she had tested), and tried product at home, it has left her with red, swollen, inflamed skin all around her eye-area, and even now after a week of not using the product, her skin is still very much damaged.
I was determined to get the £300 back of this scheming company, so went back to the ideal home show to the stand. I arrived and calmly explained the situation - the product which she tried on the stand (that didnt give her a reaction) has now damaged her skin after spending £300 on it and trying it at home. I simply said this doesnt make sense, and clearly the product they are using as a tester is different to the one being sold.
After being told no for a refund, i simply told him we are entitled to a refund as the product was not fit for the purpose of use.
He then proceed to quote the "term of sales" act (or some act along those lines) and then said he cant refund us as the product has been opened.
How can we try the product without opening it?!
The guy on the stall then thought he'd call security to try and keep us quiet and chuck us out, but turns out this just worked in our favour.
By having 3 security guards around the Kedem stand, of course we were bad publicity, so then another "boss" turned up, and finally realised the only way that we would leave was with our £300 back, so decided to refund us quickly, and get security moving!
This company is shocking and frankly just money-grabbing!!
For future people in the same position, be persistent with the rude staff and dont leave without a refund - you're entitled to one!
