Horrible Customer Service
We refinanced our mortgage through this company. After having fraud on our account, they locked down our account and are now forcing us to send a certified check for 6 months. We asked for an exception considering we've paid on time every month and pay off an additional $500 every month, but nope the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me. Crap happens in life and to not make an exception is horrible customer service especially when it's due to fraud on the account. Unfortunately we are stuck now for awhile with this company, but something to consider if you are thinking about financing through them.
