I wish I could give more than five stars, it’s a really great company and the people who helped me were excellent! I really appreciated that they went through everything with me in detail, making sure I understood what was happening, each step of the way. When they said they were going to do something, they did it, and they did it on time. For example, the gentleman who gave us the required classes was very patient and explained things in detail; he made sure we understood the process. Joyce Lau, the notary that came to my house, was very, very good. She was detailed, and she answered all our questions. She explained every step to me and my daughter-in-law (who was helping me). I would highly recommend her. And last but not least, Chris Lee, is the BEST! He is absolutely wonderful, very patient and he helped me A LOT. Chris was the one who would always call me. Not only did he leave clear, detailed messages, he would always double check to make sure I got his messages. I am very bad with computers and I had my daughter-in-law and other sister helping me too. Chris was a team player and went above and beyond to make sure we all knew what was going on, since he knew they were helping me. As new details would come up, he immediately called me or texted me or emailed the girls. And that was very, very special to me. I trust him completely, and I highly recommend him!
