Nothing but issues from day 1
Nothing but issues from day 1. I have been provided so many wrong answers or conflicting answers to questions when I call. I have absolutely resorted to email that way I have documentation. Something here also is if I do send an email asking legit important questions they can't even answe all the questions. So when you reply asking again about the question they didn't answer they're like we need 24-48 hours to respond to your emails. Well if they would have just answered it in the first email there wouldn't be issues. I don't know if they have temps working for them that don't really know what they're doing or what but it has become increasingly unbearable and I have been with them for almost two and a half years. They have said they have not received emails that have said they have not received documentation when I clearly have record that all this was sent They also harassed me when I applied for the FEMA forbearance. I have also resorted to CCing a family member to prove to harassment and lack of documentation on their behalf so I have proof that it's not just me. I can't even look at my loan online. They've made charges on my account that they said would not be charged and when I complained about it I finally get a statement showing it's all been credited whereas if I didn't complain it probably would have been left on my account. It's come to a point that I'm under a lot of emotional distress and aggravation over this. I could never imagine me being this way at work. I take pride in my job but that is obviously not the case at this company. To loise so much information and documentation and not know how to answer simple questions.
