Communication Issues
My mortgage was sold to Hombridge. I have had very poor experiences with customer response since then. Their call center ALWAYS transfers my question to someone else, often before I complete my question. Invariably, the call gets hung up, and I have to re-call and try another option. They are ALWAYS "Experiencing High call volume". Most calls take me 1 hour or more. Their web site is impossible to log on. I have had to change my password and ID EVERY time I try to log on.
Terrible communications!!!!!
