The process is one of the easier if you’re digitally savvy it is quick and easy and clear. The step by step instructions and the people supporting you along the way are great. Closing costs got a little confusing and while there isn’t an origination fee it seems other fees are there to make up for it which is understandable how else can they afford to offer this service. Definitely the easiest purchase process I’ve been through.
