My emails were responded within hours and they are phone call away for any urgent matters. In fact, they are so pro-active, I was blown away by their methodical and systematic approach to keep applicant informed at all stages. Underwriting process has been a black hole for me. It takes almost a week for the team to approve once all of your paper work is in. I'd love to have a visibility into this process if possible.
