This was a terrible experience for me
This was a terrible experience for me. I told Roy in the beginning of the process that this process was new to me and was very anxiety provoking. He never answered my phone calls, he would never return my phone calls. Everything was via email which may be satisfactory to some, but I wanted a personal touch. My insurance agent was ignored by him as well. If you need a little guidance and TLC this is not the place to go!!
