They ask too much too early without telling you anything
I reach the site looking to learn what the rates are and it expects me to enter name, birthday, social, and all kinds of stuff they're not entitled to this early in the inquiry. I'm just trying to price it out and I'm not about to give this information to everyone while I look for information about what's available.
