UPDATED! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Placed order on October 25 and received an email following day on October 26th informing me of a 7-10 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) before my order would ship due to not being in stock. I sent a polite email explaining with this delay and free regular shipping (which I was willing to wait for which was listed as 3-6 days if they had my lenses in stock) that I would be waiting 3 weeks before receiving my lenses. They replied nicely enough and apologized for the delay and offered to upgrade to priority mail shipping. Called a few days later and the customer service person assured me they would be in by November 7 and would ship the same day. Sent email on November 8 when my status of order remained unchanged at "processing" and received an email informing me of ANOTHER delay with ANOTHER wait of 3-5 business days. I called and spoke to customer service and got the same information. I think I will just keep getting more emails with "regret to inform you of another delay"! How many more "business day delays" do they think are acceptable to keep telling their customers? Maybe this company should not advertise certain brands of lenses if they cannot fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting 3 to 4 weeks for something is ridiculous!
***UPDATE***
Cancelled my order after I called the day I was told my order would arrive and ship out and the service representative told me there would be another "extended delay" of another 7-10 business days. I dont understand how this company even stays in business. I would rather pay the higher price (30-40 dollars more) at my eye doctors office then deal with this type of service. WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
