Perfect in every way
> Great customer service (Catherine P.) - Quick and straight to the point, came up with many suggestions and honest views
> Good pictures of the diamond & setting, if I had some more time, I would have designed the setting myself (Long lead time for own design would be my only negative, though quality takes time I guess!)
> Smooth process, bought from London (UK) and picked up from FedEx shipping centre while I was staying at family in the US
> Highly recommended
