After originally going to 10 different diamond stores in person, I eventually decided to pursue purchasing a diamond engagement ring through BG. A number of reasons factored into this decision. 1. Immediately after I asked a question, I received a very personal response and was assigned to a specific person who constantly kept in contact with me. 2. ZERO pressure to buy. ZERO. Although I was extremely serious buyer, I didnt make that apparent at any time, yet was treated liked I was their very first customer ever. Just amazed me how well they treated me. Even though we never met in person, my contact at BG made me feel extremely comfortable and provided options all over my budget. Other stores would keep leaning on towards the higher end of my budget, however at BG, they told me to get whatever felt best regardless of price. 3. Didnt push the whole "clarity trick" on me. One thing about diamonds you need to know, anything past a VS2, you cant see with the naked eye. Every person who has seen the diamond ring, thinks its flawless. At BG, they ensure everything is eye clean. 4. The cut is what matters, and their cuts are amazing. AMAZING. We have a family member who is far more wealthy then we are, and her diamonds cost easily upper 5 figure/low 6 figure range. The moment she saw the ring, she was taken back. When I told her the price, she literally jaw dropped. She is now going to use BG over other jewlers. 5. Fire. People in restaurants walk up to us because this thing blinds them from a mile away.
