Amazing
The customer service was superb and always responsive. We got the diamond when we scheduled to pick it up from the FedEx location. We were surprised how meticulous the diamond was packed. It came in an small envelope type box following by some nice extras like a box of mints, mini microscope, and a small pedestal with a groove for the diamond. Also a copy of the AGS certificate was given along with the original copy in a nice folder. We were able to go to a jeweller who verified that the diamond was what the AGS certificate said it would be along with the correct inscription number.
