nothing but pleasant experience!
I had to buy a single diamond stud earring because I lost one of a pair of stud earrings which I purchased from Brian Gavin Diamonds previously. A sales person named Denise was helping me this time. She was very warm, personal and dedicated in helping me for the purchase. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. The stud earring looks gorgeous! I am definitely coming back to BGD for more future diamond jewelry purchases.
