After doing a lot of reserch online and in local stores, I kept coming back to Brian Gavin Diamonds. Their products and prices are about as good as it gets. While I had an idea of what I wanted, Jamie was able to help me put together a beautiful three stone ring--all while helping to maximise my budget. Jamie was very friendly and professional. While I seemingly kept asking a million questions, she was very patient with me and was always prompt to answer my questions (even though the process went on for weeks before I pulled the trigger). She was not at all pushy, nor did she try to talk me into purchasing something other than what I wanted--unlike a few of the experiences that I had at some brick and mortar establishments in my area. She was more like a very knowledgeable friend helping me to pick out a ring rather than a salesperson. I never thought I would be making a purchase like this online, but after my experience with Jamie and the BGD team, I would recommend it to anyone. I rarely take the time to do reviews, but they really earned this one.
