I just recently purchased and received ☺ Classic 5 Stone U-Prong ring in platinum with Brian Gavin Signature round diamonds. Before I begin my review let me tell you about myself... When it comes to jewelry and diamonds I am very very picky person. I did a lot of research, I went to see diamonds and settings to Tiffany, diamond district on 47th street and other places. I also read independent reviews from diamond experts and all of them had positive reviews on BGD. So, I decided to give it a try.... First of all, I would like to start with the customer service's. It was Excellent. The Customer representative Catherine was helping me and answering to all my questions. She was very polite, professional and responded quickly to my emails. Second, I want to talk about setting. I was always considering setting from the Tiffany because of their highest quality...until I got my ring from BGD!!! Thank you!!! The setting quality is Amazing! Very high quality! And last but not least, the diamonds. They just beyond perfection, the signature cut is outstanding. They sparkle like crazy and I cannot take my eyes off them ☺ Now I cannot wait to buy another diamond jewelry from Brian Gavin Diamonds because they are the best!!! Thank you!!!
