Took a few weeks but worth the wait
- Advisors were very helpful when I was researching the diamonds.
- Once I decided on what I wanted it, payment was easy and painless.
- From payment to delivery was about 3 weeks. I don't know whether this is standard, but the Brian Gavin team was always available for quick updates on the status of the order.
- The engagement ring itself is fantastic. Maybe I am bised but it does looks great even in low light, which I do not remember seeing in many other diamonds.
