I ordered diamond earrings. After waiting the required time and not receiving my earrings, I contacted Brian Gavin to find out that there was a problem with my diamonds (not satisfactory to Brian Gavin). They were unable to tell me why I was not notified about the issue. They substituted equivalent diamonds and told me to wait and they would get them in as soon as possible. After three weeks of no contact, I again reached out to them to find out there was a second issue with my order. Again, they were unable to explain why I was not notified about the issue. Beware if you're on a timeline and don't use their estimates. Poor communication, poor notification. Lacking customer service. The diamonds themselves were ok - nothing special. The pictures they send and the hype in their propaganda are hard to actually see when you get the product. I would not buy these diamonds again. And I ordered online so I submitted all of my information, but yet still they managed to misspell my name. How does that happen!?!
