First Class Transaction, Beautiful Diamond
This was a first class transaction from start to finish and I'm very happy with my diamond pendant. The diamond sparkles like crazy. Customer service was outstanding. Very quick with communications, very detailed, and I loved getting the glamour shots of my necklace just prior to shipping. Shipping was by Fed Ex and very secure (had to pick it up at a Fed Ex location and sign for it) and it was well packaged with excellent presentation (nice box, pretty bow, diamond certificate in sturdy folder, etc.). This was my first Brian Gavin purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and would gladly refer people to Brian Gavin as well. Thank you!
