Fantastic experience especially with receiving an email with pictures attached of the ring just before it arrived... I did not expect this treat!
Great experience in purchasing a diamond ring. The email with pictures of the ring was unexpected. I first thought that the pictures were stock pictures but they were not. It was our ring... thanks for going to that effort to make getting the ring in the following days that much more meaningful. As we got Brian Gavin's blue diamonds we got, again unexpectedly, a UV flashlight so that we could see for ourselves how they turn blue in UV light. In fact they glow in the dark after the UV light is turned off. Naturally I checked my wife's over diamond rings and those of her mother's to see how many of them were blue. Some were.
