My order went from Portland to Anaheim…
My order went from Portland to Anaheim (I live 30 minutes away). THEN, it was sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma where it stayed several days before sent back to Anaheim.
I missed a planned ride with my cycle group all because of a shipping error.
A company is only as good as its promise of timely delivery. And in this case, it was a horrible experience.
