I purchased a 600X, and had discussions on the change in wheel width, which went from 25mm to 35mm without notification. Ideally I would have preferred 30mm wide rims, which could be capable of handling most widths of tires I would use. A little wide for 2 1/4" tires, and a bit narrow for 2.8" tires, but ideal for 2.5/2.6" tires for rougher terrain. They should notify buyers before processing their order, because a wheel set in not cheap, unlike a handlebar, or stem. Unfortunately the transmission started to leak, and I notified Priority about the leak, and mentioned that there was an O Ring visible on the drive side of the Pinion C1.12 gearbox. I guess my pictures were not very clear, because they kept saying that there is no O Ring, but after I was able to get the crank arm off, they could see it more clearly in the pictures. They had never seen an O Ring come loose, but were outstanding at helping me with getting the Pinion warranty/instruction to reseat the O Ring, and replace the oil and lock ring and washer. I have not ridden the bike enough to recommend or not recommend the bike at this time.
