Awesome Company - Amazing Bikes
Awesome company that puts out high quality, custom electric bikes and absolutely stands by their work. We purchased on of their cruisers for my wife earlier this year and picked it up in person (we happened to be in southern California at the time). EBC offered to have someone meet me even on the weekend when they might usually be closed. I was able to get a full demo, ride the bike around and ask questions. Very helpful! Months later, after many fun rides, we had an issue where the primary large battery actually dropped too low (wasn't charged for about a month) and lost its ability to charge! We were devastated but reached out to EBC and they immediately worked with us to troubleshoot then ultimately sent us a new battery, which did the trick! Back to riding again and still very pleased with the purchase. Can't recommend enough.
