So far the whole experience has been awesome. Both bikes arrived in their own boxes and were packed for both travel and the easiest assembly I have experienced.
I had a question when testing the bikes and was forwarded to a technician who cleared up my issue immediately. Truth is the answer was in the simple video they supply but I was so anxious to get going I must have glossed over it.
The bikes so well designed I couldn't be more pleased. So far weather hasn't permitted a long ride but we live in a very hilly neighborhood and my first rides were terrific and the electronics were flawless.
