I tried twice to order 2 "Kool Stop…
I tried twice to order 2 "Kool Stop Tire Bead Jack" and received 2 KMC MissingLink Quick Link Tire Lever" each time.
The customer service person I spoke with after the first mishap told me he would email me a return label, which was not useful, as it was not an authorization or paid return.
I tried a second time to order the Kool Stop and got the exact same result.
I will no longer buy anything from you.
