ECOTRIC HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER…
ECOTRIC HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AND WON'T BACK THEIR PRODUCT. I PURCHASED A ECOTRIC BISON FROM THEM. AT JUST UNDER 18 MONTHS THE BIKE STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF A RIDE SHOWING A CODE 30. THEIR TECH TEAM STATED IT WAS A BURNT CONTROLLER AND SENT ME A NEW ONE TO INSTALL MYSELF ALONG WITH A DISPLAY THAT CONNECTS TO IT. AFTER INSTALLING IT I RODE IT FOR 60 MILES AND GOT ANOTHER CODE 30. THIS TIME IT WAS AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE TECH TEAM TOLD ME IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE RESULTING IN THE BURNT CONTROLLER AND IT MUST BE A BAD HUB MOTOR. NOW THEY WON'T WARRANT IT AND AFTER MONTHS OF EXCHANGING EMAILS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IN CHINA THAT BECAUSE YOU CAN NO LONGER CALL CALIFORNIA'S CENTER THEY ARE DIVESTING THEMSELVES FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND WON'T COVER THE REPAIR. OMG, THEY WILL NOT BE A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY WITH THIS POOR OF SERVICE AND WARRANTY.
