Great customer service
Greetings ..
I ordered an ebike from Bikeberry about 3 weeks ago.
The shipping manager-Felicia were great! in letting me know the on going status of shipment and after I received the shipment. She followed up with an email to make sure there were no damage or issues. Felicia wanted me to let her know how I like the ebike after my initial ride and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I explained to her the saddle were a bit too stiff and at some point I would like to switch to a wider saddle with spring absorbers. She immediately texted me with suggestions and even offer me a discount on which model I decided
to buy..So I took up her offer and purchased the Mycargi black on black
cruiser saddle, I know it's going to enhance my ride experience and the bonus is that it'll look sooo cool on my matte black Skyhopper.
I can't thank! Felicia enough for her terrific customer service.
