Buyer beware. Jaus steals your money.
Buyer beware. Jaus sent me damaged dresses and refused to give me my money back. I ordered online and spent over $300 on dresses for a small bridal shower and wedding and when the zipper wouldn’t zip up on one and the lace was damaged on the other I decided to send both dresses back and contacted customer services letting them know about the damages. They assured me that when I sent back the dresses they would process the return. Instead, I had to follow up and ask them where the reimbursement was. Instead of doing the righ thing, the Jaus team flat out lied and told me that someone had inspected the dresses and everything looked fine to them so instead, they were issuing me a credit. Straight up robbery. It’s your choice, obviously, if you’d like to support a business that takes advantage of their customers in a time where COVID has claimed making people’s livelihood. I for one am disgusted Jaus and it’s owners would allow for their employees to lie and treat their customers this way.
