If I could still remember, it was first week of December 2020 that I ordered T-shirts from this company hoping the shirts will arrive before Christmas so I could print the t-shirts of my customers. Unfortunately, it did not arrive as schedule despite of so many calls I made. In short, I was disappointed and thought of not ordering anymore to this Company for a very poor customer service. This September 2021, I decided to give it a try again to order t-shirts as most of the brands, sizes and colors are available to them. And what amazed me, these staff Mig and Alex, have been so helpful and process my orders without delay. They are also very concern to my questions as they respond to my email so quick. I was able to return some of the items I ordered due to their small sizes and that is because of their prompt action. They also give me coupon or discount code which I like most. Showing a very satisfactory performance of these two employees, Mig and Alex deserve something to be added on their Performance Record - a Letter of Commendation for an Excellent Customer Service. Surely, you got my nod in ordering frequently to your great Company.
