Really bad products with Too high price But NO SERVICE!
We bought Ana furniture with order amount more than USD15000 last year and soon we found their products and services were not as good as we expected, actually their products and services are really bad. We had several problems with their products and services after the furniture delivered. They problems we had are:
1. The quality of the products are not good, although the prices are much higher than other brands, but it was very easily to damage. E.g. the bamboo chair price was USD350.00 per chair, and found that this kind of chair it’s surface is easily to make a scratch, it means even the button on my jacket will make the surface of the chair a scratch mark when I sit on the chair. I cannot believe the so expensive chair seems only for show but not for use;
2. There are many shadows on the bad wood after we clean it. E.g. we just use the towel to wipe the bad head and after that we found there are a lot of lines and shadows on the wood and cannot remove;
3. The Delivery and assembled works are not properly as many parts of furniture like drawers are not in the proper position and some of them are fallen off when we pulled out;
4. The leather sofa somehow was damaged by a scratch and the services staff took a photo and reported to their office, but the service department people responded the issue with a really bad attitude even we will pay the additional fee to change the leather but they did not give any responses and that was only 1 month long after the sofa delivered to my house.
I will say I will never buy any furniture from ANA and never recommend it to anybody I know. This company won’t be able to live longer if they don’t improve their both products quality and services!
