Don’t expect them to return your calls!
We ordered our furniture in January and it was delivered in a timely manner, when promised in about 3 weeks. The delivery, however, was far from “white glove”. The delivery guys were great, but honestly had no clue that they were supposed to unpack and assemble the furniture and throw away the boxes and wrapping. Apparently, the delivery company, subs out some of their delivery jobs, without making sure the company knows they are supposed to be doing “white glove delivery”.
The furniture looked good except for a corner on the back of the sofa that the upholstery didn’t completely cover the corner. There were some minor things lose on a chair that my husband fixed but we called the day of delivery and noted on the delivery invoice, the damage to the back of the sofa! I have called twice since delivery in late January and promised that a manager would return my call…but we have never heard a word. I would love to order an ottoman to go with a chair I ordered, but wouldn’t dare, just because they don’t even have the decency to call me back. Very unprofessional. The furniture is hard, but should hold up good in a beach condo…shouldn’t ever sag anyway. I do not recommend this company.
