I had trouble reaching the delivery…
I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.
