Honoured its Guarantee with zero fuss
I bought a bed 3 years ago, solid, high quality, looked great.
Unfortunately after 3 years one piece of wood snapped. I sent a photo to them on email and they immediately arranged for a delivery and installation of a replacement part with zero effort and zero cost to me. Delighted that they genuinely honour their guarantees.
