Fail fail and fail some more
Furniture was scheduled for delivery and nobody showed up. We made numerous calls to the store, the home office and anyone we could call and received no response. We finally went into the store and spoke to the manager who said she would apply a credit (approx $300) to our account but didn’t. We called back weeks later and we told that since we bought a bunch of furniture we didn’t pay a delver charge so they could not refund the $300 plus dollars they promised. My wife also asked that they credit back the credit card that was used to purchase (which would have made sense even if she didn’t specify). More weeks later, the credit was sent to another card (one we used for a previous deposit) and it was for $150. No explanation and zero follow up. Furniture was finally delivered late but the delivery crew dumped their tools into a freshly painted wall in the entrance of the house and then pushed the door hard enough that swung open into the adjacent wall leaving a dent. Understand they don’t care about our house but I do and shouldn’t have to do repairs because we bought a couch. We have purchased a lot of furniture from this store over the past 8-10 years and would have expected better service.
