I initially chose to use Custom Picture Frames because I was looking for a larger frame with a specific, deeper than average, rabbit depth. Most places I was looking either didn't have the size I was looking for or didn't have the rabbit depth listed in their description and Custom Picture Frames had the size and depth I was looking for. I ordered on March 22 for an April 8-10 install. Plenty of time for their 3 day production time and 6 day max shipment as listed on their website. With a little bit of wiggle room in case the shipment ran over and to mount and hang items on my end. I never received a shipment notification despite being notified that I would be sent one upon purchase. When I reached out initially via both email and phone, it took two days to receive a response and only received one when I reached out a second time through facebook. My shipment was then damaged in transit and returned to sender only hours away from being delivered. While this was most likely carrier issue, it was still incredibly frustrating. Custom Frames than offered to send me a new shipment immediately, which was great, but I had to reach out again to find out when I was going to recieve it (and didn't receive a shipment code for the re-ship either). They told me over the phone that my frame wouldn't arrive until the last day of my installation and I asked if there was any way that it could arrive sooner and they said if they rushed processing that it could probably arrive two days sooner. Great! It arrived later than the time quoted to me before the "rush" date. By that point, I had made my own frame to have as backup that ended up actually looking better than the one I received from Custom Frames; which had gapping on two of the corners that needed to be filled before it could even be used for a smaller, less relevant work of mine.
