They sell items that they don't have…
They sell items that they don't have readily available in stock. Do not shop here. I placed an order on January 11th, first date for delivery was February 19th, then it changed to February 24th, then March 2nd, then March 16, now March 23rd. I will be going to get all my money back because this is ridiculous. Then they tell you they have no way of contacting the manufacturer to find out a definite date. Roomplace, How can you not contact the manufacturer warehouse where your furniture ships from???? They are liars!
Update: Their response does not justify the ridiculousness of the delayed order. If shipping dates are subject to change then that should be told to the customer upon placing the initial order. Again, you all are liars because upon the 5 times the date has changed, I was only notified by your company 1 time and it was the last time when the shipping date changed to March 24th. All other times I had to find out by either calling or visiting the store in person. If I had known upon placing my order that shipping dates were subject to change this many times I would have never placed the order. I will be requesting a full refund. Just take the set off your site because apparently you don't sell it. False advertising.
