Terrible Customer Service, and they refuse to call us back
We placed an order for a couch and loveseat in November that was supposed to be delivered on March 30th. In preparation for the delivery we sold our current couch and love seat. I called a day before to confirm the delivery time, and they told me that the furniture was delayed and someone should have called us. We stopped in the store a week later to speak to a manager and get a new delivery date and was told it would be end of May most likely. We expressed our discontent and tried to cancel the order but they wouldnt let us. The store manager said he would see what he could do and promised to call us the next day. Of course, we didnt get a call, so I called the store again and requested to speak to a manager and explained the situation. Again, he said he would talk to corporate and his store manager to see what they could do to make it right, and PROMISED to call me the next day. Its been 3 days no and still no call. We have a house with no couches and are stuck living like this for 2 months, and they dont even have the courtesy to give us a call or even try to make it right. I will never shop from here again.
