Amazing service!
I would like to thank Mr. Morris Taylor and his staff for the patience and care to return the over price limit threshold of local China custom requirement.
With Mr. Morris Taylor leadership, he did not walk away from the problem but he listened to my explanation and more importantly helped to solve the issue on the spot.
There was an extensive daily email correspondence between me and Mr. Morris for at least a week.
