Better way health charged my card…
Better way health charged my card recently without my authorization when I never purchased anything . They had my credit card information from a purchase I made over a year ago. I called my bank and reported the fraud transaction.

While we were out of the office on the weekend when you tried to reach us by email, phone, and this review, I’m glad we were able to speak on the phone when we arrived in the office on Monday. We understand the frustration you experienced, and why you felt this way. Your Subscription order was set up last year in a special way so you could receive the benefits of the Subscribe and Save discounts without a monthly order. You preferred the 12-month frequency, so you could keep the discounts and have the orders processed when you were ready for them. This also kept you price locked into a Subscribe and Save rate that is lower than our current Subscribe and Save Pricing, Price locked into Free Shipping, and active in the Rewards Program. This setup gave you the best of both worlds, including a generous refund on your initial order. We had multiple phone exchanges with you upon the establishment of the Subscription, while you narrowed down your preferred shipping address for future orders. We understand now that you stopped using the product, and forgot about your Subscription. It’s very easy to do! We would love to have been notified at some point, that you stopped using the product, so we could cancel the Subscription for you. After 12 months went by, your order was processed as scheduled. It was authorized upon its establishment on those recorded phone calls. That being said, we don’t want anyone to receive an order they are not intending for. For this reason, we automatically send reminder emails 3 days before the orders process, to give our customers time to make any changes they would like to their Subscription, cancel, or skip it. Every once in a while, we have customers who forgot to modify or skip an order before it shipped out. When our customers reach out in cases like this, we email them a prepaid return shipping label so they can send the package back for a full refund. Your order was processed and shipped on a Friday. You reached out to us on Saturday. Even if we were in the office that day, we would not have been able to stop your order but would have been able to help on Monday with everything to bring an efficient and effective resolution for you. We would have loved to have been given the opportunity to serve you and bring this resolution for you without you having to go through the process of calling your bank and reporting the transaction as fraud. I was sent the wrong item
I was sent the wrong item. It should have beta glucan 100+ and I received the beta glucan 100. I am on automatic renewal so I did not change what I wanted. I will say, this is the first time I had this happen? Please advise on how to go forward and return item to receive the proper item

Product did not perform as advertised
Product did not perform as advertised. Literally dried out my skin. After experiencing this, I tried putting your product on one arm and a seaweed cream from Natural Grocers on the other. At the end of the day my arm with your product was dry and flakey while the arm with the seaweed cream was still soft and moisturized. The price difference is clearly a no brainer. Usually I get a kiss when I'm screwed this bad.

I want to chat with you regarding the dryness and flakiness you experienced on your arm. This can be a common experience if you use too much. We try to remind people to use the tiniest amount to get the best effect. Many factors play into having the feeling Beta Glucan Replenishment Cream is causing the skin to feel dry. For example, the moisture that hyaluronic acid attracts comes from our external environment. It pulls moisture from the air and draws it into the skin to provide the hydration it needs. The downside to this is that when humidity levels are low (meaning there is a lack of moisture in the air), no matter what your skin type is, it can quickly become very dry and dehydrated under these circumstances. Our cream also may provide mild exfoliation since we included glycolic acid and other fruit extracts. This may be disguised as "dryness" but ultimately this helps renew and replenish the skin over time. Some User Tips: Wash your face/ body parts without alcohol-containing cleansers. These cleansers can be harsh on the skin and can increase dryness. After washing, gently pat your skin dry. Keep application simple. It is vital to drink plenty of water daily for many different health reasons, but this is especially true when it comes to hydrating the skin for those in dry climates. Our products are intensely tested at all layers of the process and ultimately the results are published in major studies showing safety and efficacy. You email states that you know I haven't received my order yet. It actually arrived 2 months ago. Last week I got a voicemail wanting a report on how I liked it. Since then I've gotten a couple of emails wanting me to rate my experience, which is rapidly becoming negative. I respectfully request that you do not send another email in 2 weeks, after you think my package has arrived, as you stated. Also, that you do not respond to this email/review, neither by text, phone, nor email. And that you stop this harassment that is neither respectful nor professional. From my standpoint, as a retired multi-business owner/manager, you're not doing your business any favors.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the US vs Canadian currency or the extra taxes added to your order. I know it is frustrating and it really adds up! Magnesium Stearate
I loved the product and the ingredients . But when i read it when i receive the product and on your website, it said it had Magnesium stearate included in the ingredients. Imp sorry but that is no good for anyone .Magnesium Stearate cuts the absorption down around 50 % and its used to keep the capsules from sticking during manufacturing, not good for anyone. so, I will not be buying your product no more..
