You email states that you know I…
You email states that you know I haven't received my order yet. It actually arrived 2 months ago. Last week I got a voicemail wanting a report on how I liked it. Since then I've gotten a couple of emails wanting me to rate my experience, which is rapidly becoming negative. I respectfully request that you do not send another email in 2 weeks, after you think my package has arrived, as you stated. Also, that you do not respond to this email/review, neither by text, phone, nor email. And that you stop this harassment that is neither respectful nor professional. From my standpoint, as a retired multi-business owner/manager, you're not doing your business any favors.
