Bloom Audio is the best shopping experience I've ever had! Their responsiveness and honestly is simply outstanding. Here's my story and why Bloom earned a customer for life! I was in the market for my first audiophile headphones and found Bloom Audio through some Google searching. Based on YouTube reviews had narrowed down my choices to 3 headphones that ranged from $700 to $1,200. I submitted a question on the Bloom Audio website and got a response within an hour during Memorial Day weekend from Andrew, the owner. He recommended the right headphone based on my needs which was the least expensive of the ones I was considering. I went with the Hifiman Ananda which are are an incredible value and comparable to headphones that are well over $1,000. I asked him about buying cables and he recommended I first listen to the stock cables. He could have easily recommended the more expensive headphones and buying cables but he did the right thing for me and I was pleasantly surprised. I placed the order on their website after my email conversation with Andrew and the headphones shipped from New Jersey on Tuesday and I received them in California on Thursday which is faster than I expected. In the box was a hand written thank you from Andrew, his card and a 3 Musketeers bar which is one of my favorites. I had to call Andrew to tell him about the amazing experience and he was so happy and humble. I asked him some questions about the Dragonfly Cobalt and he was very helpful and answered everything I wanted to know. After hanging up the phone I placed my 2nd order which shipped the same day. I just received that order and it also had a hand written note and Belgian chocolates. Both the headphones and the Dragonfly Cobalt are excellent and I'm super happy. Bloom Audio is amazing, I highly recommend them and plan to buy more from them.
