I could select the favorite with preview
Since I chose the wooden urn which is unique and different, I asked if I could select from a few options. The customer service lady (Ashley) sent me pictures from all different sides twice so I could purchase with confidence that I selected the best one. The urn arrived was so beautiful and we can't be happier with our choice. Thank you.
