Oaktree Memorials' customer service is top notch, could not be better. They directed me to the exact type of products I wanted and assisted with the purchase. I'm completely pleased with the final result - they delivered a product of unsurpassed beauty at a critical time (the day before the church service). Their unparalleled customer service and stunningly beautiful product (Thompson Urn in Grey) were about the only positive factors I can recall when dealing with the loss of my wife.
