Parker Candle Urn
We ordered the Parker Candle Urn and had an inscription on the leather band. When we received it we loved the product, but lettering on the leather band was so tiny it could barely be read. So I reached out to Oaktree and they were so kind to remake the band with a larger font and send it to us. We are very happy with the way it turned out and the customer service is excellent.
