Ignored and Abandoned :(
Unfortunately I had to see a doctor after an emergency on my recent trip to the US. After spending hours searching how to file a claim, I emailed the company directly and they never got back to me - and obviously never returned my money (not even for their bogus service).
This may be a scam :( I am very disappointed and regretful for having used their service. I do not recommend using this company for insurance in the US.
