Agent was terrific
Agent was terrific. Due to circumstances had to cancel and rebook a plan via IPhone from a poor service area. Agent was very patient and accommodating.
Was able to supply and clarify differences on two similar plans. Agent Amanda , was able to help through the tech issues to get us all the needed information and make the change to the plan best for our group.
