I really loved the setting, although switching the stone out without asking the customer is strange. We ordered a 2.7 stone, but received a 3.1 stone. This is extremely large on my finger and not at all what we paid for. I understand that this decision was made upon quality check, but you should not be selling a 2.7 carat if u cannot sell it, it’s the size I wanted. Now I have a huge ring sliding to the side at all times and I am assuming I cannot return since it was engraved. I wish this company would make an exception considering they made a decision without consulting with the customer, because of this I will not be recommending this company to friends and family.. I’m really sad about it. Reply to ArtofJewels: I did not want a ring bigger than 2.73 carats which is why we chose 2.73 carat.. claiming you gave a bigger ring (without asking) is not very helpful. I HAD TO NOTICE THE CHNAGE ON THE RECEIPT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, your company did not even notify me. That 2.73 carat we initially ordered is as big as I wanted to go. You cannot send a virtual ring and expect someone to know how it will look on their finger hence why I trusted the company.. I saw the same complaint of diamonds being switched out without consulting with customers on reddit, but I did not think it would happen to me. Customers should receive what they pay for or at the very least be asked since you company could not provide what the customer chose. I did not ask for a refund or return as your company makes it clear it cannot not happen if the ring is engraved. Not sure how this is on me /: Have a blessed day.
