I worked with Zach who was professional and positive every step of the way. I was given time to compare the quote WP offered with other quotes available to me. The amount of the final check was very close to the initial amount quoted. The reason for the difference was legitimate -- verified by a separate independent jeweler. My impression was that these people engage in fair and reasonable business practices. Selling a wedding diamond can be difficult -- they made it as pleasant and painless as possible.
