Bought a scooter that didn’t work out
Bought a scooter that didn’t work out.
MFG did the right thing and issued a refund. I was originally told that the refund would appear back in my account within 14 days well it is now been 22 days and no such refund has appeared, and further they just told me that I’ll wait 7 to 10 days more before I see it. They dropped the ball they did not process my refund properly in the first week of April… And here we go. What I thought was a great financial option is turned into an absolute disaster.
